1. General provisions

For the purpose of e-commerce, the following data of yours are processed: name, surname, place of residence (delivery address), telephone number, e-mail address, as well as information related to the purchase, payment data, address of the land plot. Data is stored for 2 years from the moment of the customer’s last purchase or last login to the customer’s account; the storage term of the house project (in digital form) is permanent.

2.2.2. The following data are processed for the purpose of electronic requests: name, email address, telephone number, text of the electronic request. Data is stored for 30 calendar days from the moment the request is received.

After the mentioned deadlines, your Personal data is destroyed by an employee authorized by Nordland.house or a data processor.

2.3. Nordland.house can use personalized data, not directly related to your person, for statistical purposes, i.e. i.e. data about ordered services. Such statistical data will be collected and processed in such a way as to prevent the disclosure of personal identity or other personally identifiable information.

2.4. When processing and storing your Personal Data, Nordland.house implements organizational and technical data protection measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or illegal destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as against any other illegal processing. 4.5. In other cases, Nordland.house has the right to transfer your personal data to third parties only in accordance with the procedure and grounds established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

  1. Change or update of personal data and right of withdrawal

5.1. You have the right to change and/or update the information provided in the registration form.

5.2. You have the obligation to indicate only correct Personal Data in the registration forms. Nordland.house is not responsible for the correctness of the personal data specified in the registration forms or any damage caused by incorrect Personal Data provided.

5.3. You grant Nordland.house the right to collect, manage, process and store your Personal Data to the extent and for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection, management and processing of Personal Data by Nordland.house at any time, to demand the cessation of collection, processing and management of Personal Data, to delete Personal Data and to delete your profile. Giving or revoking consent to collect, manage and process your Personal Data is valid only going forward. Upon receiving such a notification from you, Nordland.house immediately stops the processing of Personal Data, but this does not mean that Nordland.house must delete/destroy Personal Data if it has reason to keep them.

6.1.4. get acquainted with your personal data managed by Nordland.house.

6.2. Nordland.house, upon receiving your request for personal data processing, will provide you with an answer no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of your application.

6.3. If, after reviewing your Personal Data, you determine that the Personal Data are incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, you have the right to contact Nordland.house at the email address info@nordland.house to request the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate Personal Data and/or to stop the processing of such Personal Data actions. Personal data are corrected and destroyed or their processing actions are stopped according to the documents confirming the identity of the data subject and his Personal data.
